Job description

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to oversee branding, visual communications, and design strategy supporting federal and DoD communications initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead creative direction across print, digital, and multimedia products
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications deliverables
  • Develop high-quality visual concepts and campaigns
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design staff
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission objectives into visual solutions

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of professional design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and multimedia work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting DoD, Federal, or Public Affairs organizations
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D design

Security Requirements:
  • Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.
