Servicing various industries and markets around the world, including Real Estate & Aquatics, Municipal & Wastewater Treatment, Food & Beverage, and Oil & Gas, our focus is on recovering and recycling different waters in a centralized or distributed way. The company also provides recreational quality water for artificial beaches, urban lagoons, wave pools, and surf parks, as well as ultra-pure and potable water for a variety of uses.
Job Description:
VVater is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multimedia Production Specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various technical and creative tasks to produce high-quality multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Video Shooting and Production:
    • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for various projects, including promotional videos, documentaries, commercials, and social media content.
    • Operate video cameras, drones, and other recording equipment to capture footage.
  2. Video Editing:
    • Edit raw footage into polished, final videos using professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
    • Add effects, graphics, music, and sound to enhance the final product.
  3. Pre-Production Planning:
    • Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
    • Develop storyboards, scripts, and shot lists to guide production.
  4. Lighting and Camera Operation:
    • Set up and operate various types of cameras and lighting equipment to ensure optimal visual quality.
    • Adjust settings to achieve the desired effects and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  5. Audio Recording and Editing:
    • Record high-quality audio using microphones, boom poles, and other audio equipment.
    • Edit audio tracks to ensure clarity, consistency, and synchronization with video.
  6. Drone Operation:
    • Pilot drones to capture aerial footage, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
    • Maintain and manage drone equipment.
  7. Directing:
    • Direct and guide talent during shoots to ensure the best possible performance.
    • Make creative decisions regarding the visual and auditory elements of the production.
  8. Post-Production:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in video production, editing, and directing.
  • Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Experience operating video cameras, drones, and audio equipment.
  • Strong understanding of lighting techniques and camera operation.
  • Excellent audio recording and editing skills.
