Bilingual Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Connection: Greet customers and translate complex automotive features and financing terms clearly in both languages
  • Consultative Selling: Diagnose customer needs and explain how our CDJR/Fiat lineup fits their lifestyle
  • Product Expertise: Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations to show exactly how their new car operates
  • Lead Management: Proactively follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
  • Closing: Negotiate sales transactions and accurately complete all sales paperwork
  • Outreach: Help the dealership grow its presence within the local bilingual community

Schedule: Two consecutive days off, weekends mandatory

PAID TRAINING: We offer two guaranteed pay plans during your initial training period:

Bilingual Sales Representative Qualifications

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and a second language (Spanish preferred) with the ability to read, write, and speak both professionally
  • Experience: 2+ years of prior automotive sales experience (New car franchise preferred)
  • Tech Savvy: In-depth knowledge of CRM operations (experience with DriveCentric is a major plus)
  • Hustle: Proven ability to source, "chase down," and convert leads
  • MOPAR Knowledge: Prior experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram is preferred

Corporate Requirements: Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record; able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
