Bilingual Staffing Specialist / Recruiter (English/Spanish) Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service

Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Bilingual Staffing Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent internal position offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in staffing and workforce solutions.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys building relationships with clients, candidates, and employees in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish
  • Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
  • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements
  • Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts
  • Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships
  • Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers
  • Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks
  • Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts
  • Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
