We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Bilingual Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition to join our team in Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for various operational positions.

  • Posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified profiles.

  • Coordinating the hiring and onboarding processes.

  • Supporting employee integration and assisting with related HR matters.

  • Being available on call during weekends for urgent staffing needs.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).

  • Proven experience in recruitment.

  • Full-time availability.

  • Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle).

  • Organized, communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday – Full-time.

  • Weekend on call availability (as needed).

Base Salary:

  • $3,500 - $4,000 per month
