Location: Philadelphia, PA. Field-based across active multifamily jobsites.
Employment type: Full-time, salaried (exempt)
Pay rate: Compensation depending on experience
Position Summary
Whitegate Construction is hiring a Plumbing Superintendent to run our field operations on multifamily
projects in the Philadelphia area. We build garden-style, podium, and mid-rise apartment projects. This
is a senior field role for someone who came up through the trade and knows how to run crews and keep
a schedule moving.
You will own the field side of one or more projects. That means manpower, production, sequencing,
quality, and safety. The project manager handles the contract and the money. You make sure the work
goes in right, on time, and to code. You will be on the jobsite every day, not at a desk. We want
someone who is organized, dependable, and able to hold a crew and a GC accountable without burning
the relationship.
