What does a multifamily development manager do?

A Multifamily Development Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of residential development projects that involve multiple housing units, such as apartment complexes or condos. They are responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and project teams, as well as ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. The role involves working with architects, contractors, city officials, and investors to bring multifamily housing projects from concept to completion.
