About the Role

InSync Consulting Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multifamily Contract & Operations Manager to support a fast-paced and growing organization within the multifamily housing industry. This unique hybrid role combines contract management, negotiations, operational support, and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally. This position is ideal for someone with strong legal contract experience and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multifamily contract activities.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements including:
  • Service agreements
  • Amendments
  • Renewals
  • Assignments and assumptions
  • Terminations
  • Review contract redlines and collaborate with internal teams and legal counsel.
  • Manage contracts through the full lifecycle from drafting to execution.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for active and completed agreements.
  • Prepare and distribute executable documents using DocuSign, AdobeSign, or similar platforms.

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and operational efficiency.
  • Support and lead internal projects related to process enhancement and customer success initiatives.
  • Assist with contract standardization and simplification efforts.
  • Support CRM and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool enhancements.
  • Gather and analyze operational data to support strategic initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales teams, operations managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate contract details clearly and professionally across departments.
  • Support both customer-focused solutions and organizational business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, drafting, and negotiations.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, business development, or related areas.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, or similar CLM systems preferred.
  • Multifamily housing industry experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
