As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our therapeutic team, ensuring comprehensive care for families and individuals. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples and individuals, addressing various issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of families and individuals, helping them navigate challenges and enhance their emotional well-being.
• Providing crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients facing significant life changes such as separation, divorce, or blended family dynamics.
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers within the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and identify additional resources for clients.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes adults, children, and adolescents from various backgrounds. The key focus will be on supporting clients through challenges such as family dynamics, relationship issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will empower you to foster positive change and resilience among clients, facilitating healthier familial and interpersonal relationships.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
