Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in therapeutic sessions with both couples and families, addressing a diverse range of mental health issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial assessments to determine each client’s unique needs and treatment plan.
  • Facilitating therapeutic sessions that involve not only joint meetings with couples but also individual sessions to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Addressing various concerns such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, and adjustment-related issues stemming from separation and divorce.
  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and foster healthy relationships.
  • Documenting progress and maintaining detailed records in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborating with coworkers and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a wide variety of clients, including individuals facing psychological and emotional challenges, couples navigating relationship difficulties, and families experiencing stressors due to blended dynamics, medical issues, and communication breakdowns. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
