Position Summary─────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Thompson Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of engineering projects across a broad range of civil engineering disciplines. This individual will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client relationships while leading multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.Candidates with experience in transportation, site civil, coastal engineering, hydrology and hydraulics (H&H), water resources, federal, municipal, land development, or related infrastructure markets are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities─────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Manage engineering projects from planning and design through construction. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans. Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Lead project meetings with clients, agencies, and internal teams. Review engineering deliverables for quality and compliance. Identify and pursue opportunities for repeat business and new client development. Mentor engineers and technical staff while promoting professional development. Support proposal preparation, project pursuits, and strategic growth initiatives.Qualifications─────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline. Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Experience managing projects within one or more of the following disciplines:Site Civil Transportation Water Resources Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H) Coastal Engineering Federal Infrastructure Municipal Engineering Land Development Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and client relationship skills.
