Essential Job Functions:
Provide counseling and guidance services to students and parents through the implementation of the District's Guidance Program with the goals of helping students to make a healthy adjustment to school; take advantage of available educational opportunities; set goals compatible with interests, values and abilities; attain a better understanding of themselves and others; learn to solve personal problems; and learn to cope with physical, social, emotional, and educational difficulties.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ohio Teaching License - School Counselor
  • Previous successful experience working in a multicultural school environment
