Vietnamese Interpreters Needed โ€“ In-Person Opportunities

Join Lango as an independent contractor and make a real difference in your community by providing professional interpreting services!

About the Role:

Lango is seeking fluent bilingual individuals to provide interpreting services in a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, and social service organizations. By bridging language gaps, you help multicultural communities access the services they need and deserve.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • Able to pass a language proficiency test if professional interpreter credentials are not available
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (i-9 compliant)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willing to complete a background check and drug test
  • For medical interpreting: able to provide MMR, Varicella, Covid, TB test, and Flu vaccination records
  • Primarily available for in-person appointments
  • Professional training/experience is preferred but not required
