Job description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Multicraft Maintenance Technician in Warsaw, Indiana.  This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is about $28-33 per hour, depending on experience. This is a 1st shift position.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and making repairs to electrical machinery/components
Experience Needed:

  • At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience 
  • Experience working with electrical systems and electrical troubleshooting
  • Mechanical experience including preventive maintenance, welding, and hydraulics
  • Ability to read schematics and electrical drawings to perform maintenance
  • Technical Degree or related degree in Electrical Maintenance is preferred. 
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Work and consult with clients, vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding products
  • Limited business travel may be required
