These operators ensure the equipment runs efficiently, monitor the quality of the output, and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting. They may also adjust machine settings according to production specifications and safety standards. This role is essential in manufacturing environments, especially in industries such as metal fabrication or stone processing.

Familiarity with CNC controls, measurement tools like calipers and micrometers, and safety certifications such as OSHA training are typically required. Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and effective communication help operators maintain production quality and address equipment issues efficiently. These skills ensure safe, efficient machine operation and consistent product output in a manufacturing environment.
