What We Are About:

There are numerous lottery retailers, and Jasper’s recognizes that what sets us apart from other

retailers is our dedication to Guest service and our clean, bright, and safe locations. Team members are

responsible for ensuring that every Guest is delighted with their experience at our locations. Team

members must have positive Guest interactions to ensure that Guests are not only satisfied, but

delighted with their experience, whether playing lottery, dining in, or purchasing tobacco or alcohol

products.

Multi-Unit Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that locations are fully staffed, Team Members are

fully trained and are providing exceptional Guest service. They also assist the Regional Manager in

making sure all locations are 100% neat and clean and in good repair.

What the Job Is:

People:

 Lead, inspire, and motivate Team Members to accomplish the Company vision, mission, and values.

 Create a positive enjoyable work environment which inspires trust and loyalty among all Team Members

 Assist in the recruiting/training/development and retention of superior talent.

 Establish an environment of learning and empowerment.

 Work to resolve minor Team Member relation issues and comply with all applicable employment law. (All major Team Member relation issues will be resolved with the help of the Regional Manager).

 Assist the Regional Manager in providing feedback to Team Members through performance evaluations (formal and informal), team meetings, and internal communications.

Facilities:

 Proactively manage all facilities regarding safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and improvements.

 Use the bidding process for large repair and maintenance issues, compile, and send for approval.

Operations:

 Provide an exceptional Guest service experience that exceeds Guest expectations.

 Manage safety and security programs for Team Members.

 Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, programs, and processes.

 Conduct paperwork and safe audits (with the assistance of the administrative assistant).

 Control and manage expenses including labor, cash variances, and repair/maintenance.

Marketing:

 Implement any tactical marketing programs set by the Company.

 Ensure the team is participating in and actively promoting and Rewards program or other marketing programs.

Financial Results:

 Work with Team Members to maintain financial controls.

 Analyze sales data and costs of operation to determine budget and projection variances on a daily, weekly, period, and quarterly basis.

 Inventory management.

What You Need to Have:

 Education:

o High School graduate or equivalent.

o Must be able to pass criminal/credit background check.

o Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location and the Guests who typically visit.

o Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations and complete computer data entry.

o Must hold a current Alcohol Service Permit (OLCC)

o Must be able to obtain valid Food Handler’s Card .

 Experience:

o Previous supervisory experience is a plus.

o Must be able to communicate and work with a variety of people and personalities in a positive manner.

o Must have strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

o Must be available to work a variety of shifts and hours.

o Must be able to commute between 2-4 locations.

o Needs to be a good trainer, coach, and good at delegating.

o Needs to be Guest-sensitive and possess a sense of timing and be able to multi-task so Guest needs are met in a timely manner.

o Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

o Problem-solving skills are a must.

o Basic computer skills (scanning, e-mail, internet).

o A highly developed sense of discretion and confidentiality is a must.
