We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations for a rapidly expanding bakery café franchise known for its handcrafted baked goods, specialty beverages, and neighborhood café experience. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple cafés, partnering with General Managers and franchise owners to maximize sales, profitability, team development, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3–5 years managing multi-unit restaurant or retail teams
  • Strong experience with P&L management, budgeting, labor planning, inventory, and sales performance
  • Experience supporting both corporate and franchise operations is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred) and restaurant technology
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and talent development skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
