Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, restaurant experience strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree preferred
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage a 50-hour workweek, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment across multiple locations
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 15 lbs, and periodically access roof areas for maintenance oversight


Job Responsibilities:


As the Multi-Unit General Manager overseeing two new restaurant openings in Phoenix, AZ, you will:

  • Serve as the acting General Manager for both locations, driving daily execution of operations, guest service, and financial performance
  • Lead the launch of two new restaurants, building teams and systems from the ground up

  • Execute local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and grow sales
  • Oversee facility maintenance and ensure clean, organized, efficient restaurant environments
  • Uphold food safety standards, including critical control point monitoring, and report risks immediately
