JOB SUMMARY

The General Manager is responsible for leading the overall operations of 6-10 Dunkin and/or Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins combo restaurants, including recruiting, training, manage­ment and budget compliance. Ensures maximum restaurant profitability through excellent guest service, high quality food and beverage, crew development, food safety and restaurant cleanliness. Builds a strong team through hiring, training, and developing Restaurant Managers, providing clear, consistent coaching while recognizing individual and team contributions.
