Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Multi-Unit Manager to oversee the operations, financial performance, and team development of multiple Quick Service Restaurant locations within an assigned market - zip code 55123. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a passion for operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and developing high-performing restaurant teams.

As a Multi-Unit Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to store teams, ensure consistent execution of company standards, and drive sales, profitability, and employee engagement across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

  • Oversee the daily operations of 3-5 restaurant locations.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Identify operational opportunities and implement action plans to improve results.

Financial Management

  • Drive sales growth and profitability across all assigned locations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including labor, food cost, inventory, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve budgeted financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Team Development

  • Recruit, coach, and develop staff and leadership teams.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through succession planning and leadership development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.

Guest Experience

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant, Fast Casual, or Restaurant industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales, profit, and operational goals.
  • Experience leading and developing restaurant teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to travel frequently between restaurant locations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
