Job description

Position Title: Multi-Unit Maintenance Technician

Location: Oahu, HI (Travel between restaurant locations)
Reports To: Director of Operations / Facilities Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time


Position Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and highly organized Maintenance Technician to oversee the repair, maintenance, and overall equipment health of our restaurant locations across Oahu. This role ensures equipment is operational, preventative maintenance is completed, and repairs are handled quickly and efficiently — keeping our teams cooking and customers happy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, and plumbing.
  • Respond to emergency service requests, prioritize repairs, and complete them within target timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate service logs, complete digital checklists, and upload before/after photos through our maintenance tracking system.
  • Stock and organize parts inventory at each location and restock from central supply.
  • Source, evaluate, and recommend equipment or parts for replacement.
  • Track and report on equipment health, maintenance schedules, and recurring issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors when necessary for specialized repairs.
  • Assist with installations, remodels, or special projects as assigned.


Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in general maintenance or facilities management (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and equipment diagnostics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and communicate clearly with store managers and operations.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, use ladders, and safely operate tools/equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license
