What You'll Do

As a District Manager, you won’t be managing from a laptop at home. You will be a visible, active leader in your restaurants.

  • Own the P&L: Take full accountability for driving sales, managing controllables (food & labor), and maximizing store-level EBITDA across your restaurant span. PDF
  • Be On-Shift & Present: Spend the bulk of your week inside the restaurants, building personal, direct relationships with your General Managers (RGMs) and Assistant General Managers (AGMs). PDF
  • Coach, Don't Just Manage: Focus on people-first coaching to elevate your restaurant managers into stronger, more independent business operators. PDF
  • Protect the Brand: Maintain strict adherence to QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards, drive-thru speed-of-service, and guest satisfaction metrics. PDF
