Branch Manager

Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of Service Center operations including the management of revenue, sales, profit, human resource activities, training, and compliance. As a branch manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team committed to an exceptional quality of service. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS BRANCH MANAGER

As a branch manager, you will have many responsibilities to ensure that you and your team are successful in their daily activities. Multi-tasking and organizational skills will be key. These activities include ensuring that your technicians are organized in their appointment scheduling and service tickets. Your sales experience will mentor your sales team so to be on track to exceed their goals and grow our business. You will be supported by an administrative staff who will manage customer calls and accounts so that they are serviced, scheduled, and paid.

Your skills in conflict resolution and effective communication will ensure your team and customers have an awesome experience with every interaction. You will be called to demonstrate and uphold our company's mission and values with accountability.

Operating a service center means that you will also manage budgets, forecasts, and use your profit and loss statement to act and monitor the health of your branch. This position reports to the Region Vice President. They, other branch managers, and a network of corporate support will be a resource to you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Industry experience (preferred)
  • Experience managing a team
  • Effectively operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, other web-based portals)
  • Ability to pass any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week,
  • Accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)
  • Possess current Driver's License
  • Meets company driving standards
  • High school degree or equivalency, college preferred
  • Basic math skills
