We are seeking a dependable and experienced Multi-family Plumbing Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on large-scale, vertically stacked multi-unit construction projects, including multifamily apartments and hotels. This role is responsible for coordinating plumbing installations, managing subcontractor crews, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily plumbing operations on large-scale, vertically stacked multi-unit construction projects such as apartments and/or hotels.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractor crews to maintain productivity and project schedules.
  • Ensure plumbing installations meet company standards, project specifications, and local codes.
  • Manage onsite material inventory and support efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain communication with local jurisdictions.
  • Verify plumbing layouts and installations from underground through trim-out.
  • Maintain daily and weekly project reporting.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems in vertically stacked multi-unit buildings, including the installation and coordination of plumbing systems serving multiple floors.
  • 5+ years in plumbing construction on multi-story, stacked residential or hospitality projects.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, vertically stacked multi-unit plumbing projects from underground layout through final trim, including projects consisting of 200+ units or equivalent scale.
  • Ability to read and interpret multifamily plumbing construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Bluebeam and Hilti Total Station.
  • State plumbing licenses are not required for all projects.
  • OSHA 30
