Job description

Complete Conversion Services is seeking a hands-on Site/Multi-Site Foreman to lead interior renovation projects within multi-family properties across the Baltimore area.

This role requires a strong leader who can both manage the job site and perform high-quality renovation work, ensuring units are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations for multi-family renovation projects

Perform and supervise interior unit renovations including:

Cabinet installation

Finish carpentry

Drywall, painting, and punch-out work

Read and interpret scopes of work, unit layouts, and cabinet plans

Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain project schedules and quality

Manage subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections

Troubleshoot issues and keep unit turns on track

Maintain daily logs, reports, and job documentation

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies

Keep job sites clean, organized, and tenant-ready

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in renovations

Prior experience as a Foreman or Lead Renovator preferred

Skilled across multiple trades

Strong understanding of unit turns and occupied property workflows

Ability to read layouts, and scopes of work

Strong leadership and communication skills

Detail-oriented with a focus on clean, professional finishes

OSHA certification preferred (not required)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
