You will lead the design, integration, and implementation of cutting-edge digital platforms leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, APIs, microservices, and Azure cloud technologies. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive initiatives that improve patient engagement, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. This role leads the design and implementation of Salesforce-centric solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.

The architect will evaluate business needs, define scalable solution architectures, and ensure seamless integration across Salesforce, Azure, enterprise applications, and healthcare systems. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.

  • Salesforce Architect certifications such as:

    • Application Architect
    • System Architect
    • Certified Sharing & Visibility Architect
    • Integration Architect
    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in:

    • Salesforce platform architecture
    • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce APIs and integrations

  • Strong experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available solutions in complex enterprise environments.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
