Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Specialist to lead enterprise Salesforce development initiatives in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on Salesforce expert with strong development, integration, and leadership experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce solutions across multiple business areas while collaborating closely with project managers, architects, business analysts, and development teams.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce development and technical solution delivery
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Build and manage Salesforce Communities / Experience Cloud solutions
  • Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations with internal and third-party systems
  • Support migration and integration efforts involving MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Manage Salesforce configurations, workflows, flows, security, profiles, permissions, and release deployments
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, and user story assignments
  • Create dashboards, reports, and data solutions to support business operations
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support
  • Mentor junior developers and promote Salesforce best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience in analysis, design, and development
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Aura Components
    • Visualforce
    • SOQL
    • Salesforce Flows
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
