Job Summary: Salesforce Developer
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain applications on Salesforce, MuleSoft, MS SQL, and Oracle platforms in support of the agencyโ€™s mission.
- Analyze and reverse engineer existing code to identify issues and implement enhancements across supported platforms.
- Participate in project teams for planning, designing, developing, and deploying new applications.
- Ensure interfaces and programs comply with evolving technology directives, statutes, regulations, and agency rules.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for application specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver critical agency solutions on Salesforce using Agile methodologies and source control.
- Assess, refactor, and redesign existing systems for optimization.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Public Sector Solutions applications and APIs.
- Design and implement MuleSoft integrations.
- Work with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Apply a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach to analysis and problem resolution.
- Organize and balance multiple tasks to meet project deadlines.
