Job Overview

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable Landscape Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing everyday landscaping tasks, maintaining commercial and residential properties, and ensuring work sites meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and weeding.
  • Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and lay sod according to project plans.
  • Operate power equipment and hand tools safely (e.g., mowers, blowers, weed eaters, chainsaws).
  • Assist with hardscaping, mulch installation, and seasonal cleanups.
  • Keep job sites, tools, and company vehicles clean, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with crew members and follow directions from the site supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Drug Testing: Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Strict Non-Smoking Policy: Specialty Contracting Services, Inc. maintains a strict smoke-free environment. No smoking or vaping is permitted on the job, in company vehicles, or at any company worksites.
  • Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance preferred.
