The MTH Industries team has built their reputation on proven performance, meeting their customer's stringent demands.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate project tasks and ensure respective team members are updated as needed.

Respond to customer inquiries, including tasks such as preparing and issuing customer quotes/proposals, as well as following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Vendor solicitation & negotiation, cost control and invoicing.

Project management duties include purchasing, following work instructions, scheduling, cost control, invoicing, and other directions as required.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource to assist customers with product specifications and services.

Keep customers apprised of project issues, schedules and costs.

Proactively generate sales and promote Company services.

Become a reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship

Develop professional relationships within the Company in all departments to provide team-based solutions and foster strong internal communication.

Perform other tasks and duties as assigned


Skills required:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM Software and Accounting Programs.

Ability to evaluate customers' needs and match them with appropriate products and services.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.

Bachelor's degree preferred or GED + 1 year industry or inside sales experience

Knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment a plus.

Familiarity with reading blueprints and shop drawings a plus.
