Job description

This contract provides for personal and non-personal services in coordination with William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) with primary support to Fort Bliss Mobilization and Demobilization (MOB/DEMOB), Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), Conus Replacement Center (CRC), Separation and Physical History Examinations (SHPE) as applicable, and secondary support to WBAMC and outlying clinics.
Mission requirements are to ensure Active Military, Reservist, ARNG, DA Civilians, and Contractor Personnel are medically validated for deployment, upon re-deployment, resolve non-deployable conditions and perform full Separation History and Physical Examinations (if applicable). All services are to be performed on Fort Bliss military installations, with most services provided within the Soldier Readiness Processing Center and other soldier processing affiliated facilities (medical/dental) located throughout the installation. Current locations are subject to change as the installation's MFGI Mobilization Support Force (MSF) capabilities and capacities are expected and projected to expand. All services provided under this contract shall be as comprehensive as government-supplied facilities, equipment, and support services permit. The contract personnel may be required to work at different locations within WBAMC due to transitioning services, staff shortages, or peak/surge workloads.
The work to be performed under this contract will be at: Solider Readiness Processing Center, Fort Bliss, Texas, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, 18511 Highlander Medics St, Fort Bliss, TX 79906, and outlying clinics.
Work Schedule:
Scheduling: The MTF reserves the right to reduce, increase, change and/or stagger shifts hours dependent on mission. Examples of shifts depending on unpaid lunch: eight (8) hour work shift is (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m.); ten (10) hour work shift is (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.); twelve (12) hour work shift is (7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). This schedule may include Federal Holidays, evening hours, and weekend hours as scheduled by the MSU.
