Grace Harbour is a private outpatient mental health practice with staff in Georgia and South Carolina dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients, strengthening families, and instilling hope in tomorrow. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Our team of clinicians have extensive training and experience working with clients of all ages in individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

About the Role

Grace Harbour is seeking a dedicated MST Supervisor to lead and support MST teams delivering intensive, evidence-based services to youth and families. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who enjoys developing staff, supporting work with youth and families, and driving strong outcomes in the community, while maintaining fidelity to the MST model.

The MST Supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight to 1โ€“2 MST teams (2โ€“4 therapists each). In this role, they support therapists in delivering effective, family-focused interventions and ensure alignment with MST principles and South Carolina Medicaid standards. This team is in Anderson, Pickens and Oconee counties in South Carolina.

  • Provide structured weekly individual and group supervision focused on quality, outcomes, and MST fidelity
  • Guide clinical work using the MST analytic process
  • Ensure therapists maintain appropriate caseloads of 5โ€“6 families
  • Manage referrals and support timely family engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
  • Partner with MST Experts to ensure model fidelity and ongoing development

Compensation
  • Compensation: $57,918 - $83,441
  • Competitive sign-on bonus and performance incentives

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.

  • Build relationships with community partners and maintain alignment with MST standards and Medicaid requirements.
Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • MST supervisors must be LPHAs or masterโ€™s level clinicians with two years of experience as an MST therapist.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with youth and families with complex behavioral needs
  • Experience with family treatment models (structural, strategic, functional, or MST)Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop clinical staff
