Solvere Onefocuses on corporate partnerships, proactively managing technology that proves vital for business security, productivity, and growth while reducing the cost of IT ownership. Weprovide executive-level, white-glove support.
Opening
Solvere Oneis seeking highly qualified MSP Project Manager candidates to provide project management to clients. The duties of this role include ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the clients' satisfaction. MSP Project Managers are experienced IT professionals and are expected to be able to manage multiple active projects. Projects range in duration from one day to multiple months.
Employees will be expected to interact with clients in various capacities and are required to travel within Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area. Professionalism and courteousness are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
Highly qualified candidates will be self-starters, highly motivated, and eager to contribute to the organization's well-being while operating in a fast-paced environment.
This role reports to the CTO.
Position Requirements:
Examples of essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive.
  • Understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) model and MSP project management
  • Ensure effective management of multiple projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate and negotiate with business partners and vendors to understand project needs and resolve any gaps or risks/issues
  • Ensure client and partner expectations are met or exceeded on all projects
  • Prepare and deliver client communications, both verbally and written, regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders
  • Review and generate project proposals based on the provided scope
  • Workflow and thorough documentation of events via PSA platform

Required Technical Experience:
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of solutions
  • Understanding of Cloud and SaaS solutions

Preferred Technical Experience:
  • ConnectWise Manage
  • Monday.com
  • IT Glue

This is a full-time, salaried position. Salary commensurate with experience.
