Job Summary:
Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find, fix and verify exploitable attack vectors. They are seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of cybersecurity offerings for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), focusing on defining and delivering capabilities that enhance partner services.
Responsibilities:
• MSP/MSSP Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for MSP and MSSP customer segments. Identify market opportunities, competitive differentiation, and partner monetization models that drive growth and long-term platform adoption.
• Multi-Tenant & Delegated Architecture: Own the evolution of multi-tenant management capabilities, including role-based access controls, hierarchical management, delegated administration, and operational controls required by service providers managing hundreds or thousands of end customers.
• Security Operations Enablement: Drive product capabilities that support SOC workflows, alert triage, case management, automation, reporting, and integration into existing MSP/MSSP tooling ecosystems (PSA, RMM, SIEM, ticketing systems).
• Compliance & Reporting: Define features that enable partners to meet regulatory and industry compliance requirements across their customer base. Deliver scalable reporting, audit trails, and policy enforcement capabilities aligned with frameworks commonly required by MSP/MSSP clients.
• Commercial & Packaging Strategy: Partner with Sales and Finance to shape packaging, pricing models, and service enablement strategies that support MSP resale, bundled offerings, and recurring revenue growth.
• Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a transparent, outcome-driven roadmap that balances partner requests, technical investments, market differentiation, and revenue impact. Make data-driven prioritization decisions tied to measurable business results.
• Voice of the Partner: Engage directly with key MSP/MSSP customers, participate in QBRs and advisory boards, and incorporate structured feedback into product planning. Act as the primary liaison between go-to-market teams and engineering for service-provider needs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful feature launches, enablement, documentation, and adoption at scale.
• Performance & Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs including partner activation, feature adoption, operational efficiency gains, revenue contribution, churn reduction, and NPS within the MSP/MSSP segment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years building products for MSPs, MSSPs, or B2B cybersecurity platforms
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains such as endpoint security, threat detection & response, vulnerability management, identity security, or SIEM/SOC operations
• Strong knowledge of MSP/MSSP operating models, including multi-tenant environments, service delivery workflows, and recurring revenue models
• Experience building scalable SaaS solutions with multi-tenant architecture and role-based access control
• Proven ability to define packaging and monetization strategies for channel or service-provider-led distribution
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders at senior and executive levels
• Data-driven decision-making skills with experience using product analytics and operational metrics to guide prioritization
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex security and technical concepts into business value
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-team initiatives
• Comfort operating at both strategic (vision, positioning, revenue impact) and tactical (feature definition, requirements, trade-offs) levels
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• An advanced degree in engineering or business is preferred.
