Job description

Lincoln Tech is seeking MSN registered nurses to teach in our Practical Nursing program. No teaching experience is required, we will provide you with the training needed to become a successful Nursing Educator. Apply now and inspire the next generation of nurses!
Responsibilities of a Nursing Educator
  • Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites
  • Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites
  • Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
  • Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records
  • Prepare students for an exciting career in nursing!

Requirements of a Nursing Educator
  • MSN
  • Active RN license in New Jersey
  • 3+ years of recent clinical experience
  • Experience in any of the following:
    • Med-Surg
    • Long-Term Care nursing
  • Teaching experience-a plus
  • Proficient with technology
