Job description
- Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour
- Location: Zionsville Rd. & 96th St. | Northwest Indianapolis, IN
- Diagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install operating systems, drivers, and software.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and component replacements.
- Inspect, test, and verify returned or incoming computer equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and components.
- Follow quality standards to ensure all equipment is fully functional.
- Work with team members to prioritize repair requests and meet deadlines.
- Follow all company safety, security, and workplace procedures.
- Temperature-controlled warehouse
- Computer workstation for most of the shift
- Combination of seated and standing work
- Frequent keyboard and computer use
- Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds
- Associate degree or certification in Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing computer hardware.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Experience installing software, drivers, updates, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with data recovery, virus removal, and general computer troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working with laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and related technology.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
