  • The Senior Manager, Social Channel & Creator Marketing is the driving force behind the brand's (SexyHair, DevaCurl, STMNT, and MyDentity) social entertainment strategies on TikTok
  • Develop and execute TikTok-first content strategies across brands - building an always-on entertainment engine that fuels advocacy, brand fame, and traffic to our digital commerce ecosystem
  • Collaborate closely with the Director, Creative, Brand, and Digital Commerce teams, ensuring optimal strategy and growth of TikTok and TikTok Shop for maximum reach and ROI
  • Maintain deep understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and best practices to stay ahead of emerging trends
