Balancing scientific integrity with business objectives requires strong communication skills and adaptability. Additionally, MSAs must stay updated on the latest research while managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), which can be demanding but also rewarding. Successful MSAs thrive in dynamic environments and are proactive in facilitating collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
