Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure all incoming materials adhere to quality inspection standards in accordance with the company's Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QSM) and Quality Management System (QMS).
- Receive items in corridor system, Pentagon MRO, and Distribution.
- Verify P/N and S/N on items being shipped to and from AerSale.
- Keep track of parts in Quarantine cage.
- Supervise Receiving Dept to ensure all Receiving Inspectors are on task and following all Receiving procedures and processes.
-Ensure Receiving Queue workload is processed in order received and in a timely manner.
- Must be available to be the Point of Contact for the Receiving Dept via Email and Phone.
- As well as other duties assigned.
Supervises: All Current Receiving Inspectors
Education and Experience:
- H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Holder of FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license preferred.
- Must be fully trained on receiving parts as per FAA requirements.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Abilities and Skills:
- Typing skills must be at least 35 wpm.
- Attention to detail is imperative.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be efficient with a desire to succeed.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
