Job Description

·         Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels across all locations to ensure uninterrupted operations

·         Oversee purchasing of MRO supplies including PPE, safety equipment, CAPEX items, freight, and packaging materials

·                     Lead pricing negotiations and drive cost-saving initiatives to maximize value

·                     Conduct vendor evaluations and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability

·                     Utilize ERP systems (Sage 300) and Excel to set up, track, and manage purchase orders

Key Requirements

·                     Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing MRO and consumable materials

·                     BS in Supply Chain Management preferred

·                     Demonstrated experience with packaging supplies procurement and freight negotiation

·                     CAPEX purchasing experience is a strong plus
