General MRO Aerospace (GMA) is a globally recognized FAA 145 Repair Station that specializes in maintenance and repairs of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, fuel and electromechanical aircraft components. We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage and grow our existing customer base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in account management, customer success, sales, or business development.

Aviation experience is a plus, but not required. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, business-minded, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with current customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Provide customers with timely updates regarding services, projects, and deliverables
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase customer value
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Track account activity, follow-ups, renewals, and growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow up on customer requests
