Summary:
East River Medical Imaging is committed to offering outstanding diagnostic imaging services with empathy and comfort for every patient. All our physicians are certified by the American Board of Radiology and specialize in various medical imaging fields, including cross-sectional, musculoskeletal, oncologic, and neuroradiology. We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients at our locations, it is essential to be welcoming, approachable, and supportive. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the flow of people entering the clinic, managing high patient volumes, providing information, and guiding visitors appropriately.

Duties:
  • Establish strong relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds through effective communication and empathy.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
  • Demonstrate multitasking skills while remaining composed.
  • Process payments and insurance estimates.
