Advanced Modality Technologist - CT
Centralia, WA
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Modality Technologist - CT to join our diagnostic imaging team in Centralia, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing CT scans to provide high-quality imaging results. You will collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure the best possible care for our patients, all while working in a state-of-the-art imaging facility.
Your Role:
  • Perform CT scans accurately based on physician orders and imaging protocols
  • Position patients appropriately to ensure optimal imaging results while maintaining their safety and comfort
  • Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, ensuring that it is properly calibrated and functional
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to confirm imaging results and assist in diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of imaging procedures, patient records, and equipment maintenance
  • Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout all imaging procedures
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence by adhering to industry standards and best practices in CT imaging
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
  • ARRT (MR) certification is a plus or willingness to obtain
  • BLS certification
  • Expertise in CT imaging protocols, patient positioning, and radiation safety
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
