Responsibilities- Recruit top-producing and emerging agents by building and executing strategic growth plans.
- Drive agent productivity through business coaching and consulting
- Ensure agents have access to the tools, training, and resources they need to achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Lead with vision to cultivate a positive, growth-oriented culture that encourages collaboration, learning, and success.
- Support profitability by partnering with the Operating Principal to maintain the financial health and operational success of the Market Center.

- A track record of recruiting and growing people
- A real estate license
- Sales and business acumen
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- High standards, big vision, and personal discipline

- Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology: Command, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; conversations for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems
