Responsibilities
  • Recruit top-producing and emerging agents by building and executing strategic growth plans.
  • Drive agent productivity through business coaching and consulting
  • Ensure agents have access to the tools, training, and resources they need to achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Lead with vision to cultivate a positive, growth-oriented culture that encourages collaboration, learning, and success.
  • Support profitability by partnering with the Operating Principal to maintain the financial health and operational success of the Market Center.
