Job Description:
The Flight Hub team at American Airlines is looking for a MQ Administrator to backfill an existing full time employee that is retiring. The ideal candidate will join a team that is essential for all internal operations applications at AA that are crucial to maintaining the current operations. Must have experience with MQ Series (versions 7,8, and 9) at an administration level. Must have experience with Red Hat Linux administration and ideally have strong understanding of clustering within queu managers. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the existing MQ to ensure that it is up and running so that messages are flowing accurately.
Additional Information:
We will be having potential candidates conduct technical phone evalutations with the full time employee that is retiring on the team before presenting to the manager.
