Job description

We’re looking for a dependable CDL Class A Driver to support MPW Industrial Water Services operations. This role is responsible for transporting, setting up, and supporting water purification equipment while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery at customer sites.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Mechanical aptitude – comfortable assembling hoses, connecting systems, and supporting equipment setup and operation

What You’ll Do

  • Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport water treatment equipment to customer sites across assigned regions
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and trailer safety and compliance
  • Deliver, position, and assist with startup of industrial water purification equipment
  • Assemble and connect hoses and system components to integrate with customer operations
  • Monitor equipment performance and record operational and water quality data accurately
  • Maintain consistent communication with dispatch to coordinate routes, schedules, and job updates
  • Ensure trailers and equipment are properly secured, configured, and ready for transport
  • Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and site-specific safety requirements
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support and report any equipment or operational issues promptly
  • Maintain clean, organized vehicles and work areas to support safe and efficient operations
  • Represent MPW professionally while working directly with customers on-site

 

What You’ll Need

  • Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record and compliance with all DOT requirements
  • Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings including drug and background checks
  • Willingness to work variable schedules
  • Ability to work manual labor
  • Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended shifts
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined or elevated spaces as required
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, and rain
  • Ability to work around industrial environments including noise, moving equipment, and chemicals with required PPE
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends based on operational needs
