Job description

 
We are seeking an independent, skilled SMT Programmer/Operator to lead full-process surface mount technology operations. You will program and run Fuji Aimex II, MPM printers, and Heller ovens with minimal supervision, ensuring top quality and safety standards while enjoying excellent benefits.
 
Job Details
  • Pay: $22 to $28 per hour (includes piece-part bonuses paid on every check)
  • Shift: Day shift
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week (9-hour shifts Monday–Thursday, 4-hour Friday, occasional overtime)
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with discretionary match; referral program
Key Responsibilities
  • Setup, run, and maintain MPM printers, Fuji placers, Heller ovens, and coaters.
  • Build and update component and AOI inspection profiles.
  • Track stencils and production supplies.
  • Support team goals and troubleshoot line issues.
  • Program Fuji Aimex II machines using Nexium software.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of SMT setup and programming experience (Fuji preferred).
  • Will train Fuji Nexium software.
  • Read BOMs, drawings, and schematics.
  • Knowledge of IPC-610 standards and ESD rules.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
