Run the miles you deserve. We are a high-performance OTR fleet looking for professional drivers who want to clear 3,200+ miles a week without being micro-managed or held back by slow equipment. 100% No-touch freight. You choose your trailer, you choose your pay.
THE PAY SCALE (1099 Position)

  • REEFER: $0.81-$0.86 CPM | $2,700 Avg. Weekly Take Home
  • DRY VAN: $0.76-$0.81 CPM | $2,400 - Avg. Weekly Take Home
  • ALL MILES PAID: Empty or Loaded. No unpaid "deadhead."
  • Settlements: Direct Deposit every Friday-no delays.
  • Extras: $150 Layover | $25/hr Detention (after 2 hrs).
MILEAGE & OPERATIONAL FREEDOM

Your truck is your office and your home. We provide late-model, permanently assigned units (Take them home for your reset).
  • Fleet: 2025/26 Volvo 760/860 & Freightliner Cascadia
  • Amenities: APU, Power Inverter, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Tablet.
  • Perks: Pets welcome from Day 1.
  • EZ Pass, Pre-Pass, and Pilot/Flying J cards provided.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
We have a fast-track orientation-qualified drivers can be dispatched within 4 hours of arrival.
  • Experience: 1.5+ years of verifiable OTR experience (License must show 2+ years).
  • Testing: Standard DOT Urine Screen ONLY (No Hair Follicle testing).
  • Stability: Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
  • Safety: Max 2 violations (3 yrs); No reckless or 15+ MPH speeding.
  • Hiring Area: Nationwide EXCEPT CA, MS, LA, and AL.
  • Disqualifiers: No DUI/DWI or SAP history (Lifetime).
