Job description

Position Title: Non-CDL Shuttle Driver

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Employer: Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group, in partnership with ABM Aviation

Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group, in partnership with ABM Aviation, is seeking reliable and experienced Non-CDL Shuttle Drivers to support transportation operations at Orlando International Airport (MCO). This full-time position does not require a commercial driver’s license; however, candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, prior driving experience, and maintain a clean motor vehicle record. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, a strong commitment to safety, and excellent customer service skills while working in a fast-paced airport environment.

In this role, the Non-CDL Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport passengers between airport terminals, parking facilities, and other designated airport locations. Drivers must comply with all traffic laws, airport regulations, and company safety procedures while providing courteous and professional service. Responsibilities include assisting passengers with boarding and luggage as needed, maintaining communication with dispatch and airport personnel, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical or safety concerns immediately, and ensuring the vehicle interior remains clean and presentable. Drivers may also be assigned additional duties to support daily airport operations.

Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and prior professional driving experience, preferably in shuttle, transportation, or customer-facing roles. Applicants must be able to operate passenger vehicles safely in high-traffic environments, communicate effectively, and maintain a customer-focused approach at all times. All candidates must successfully pass airport-required background checks and drug screening and be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position does not require a CDL.

Full-time employees are eligible for a competitive compensation package that includes an hourly rate of $20.50, access to health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within airport operations.
