Commercial MoverPosition Summary

The Commercial Mover supports workplace relocation projects, facility services, and storage operations by assisting with the transportation and setup of office furniture, equipment, and business assets. This role works closely with the Move Lead and Operations team to ensure customer projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in helping customers during office transitions and workplace changes. Every day is different, and your work directly contributes to keeping businesses moving forward.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist with commercial office moves, furniture relocations, and facilities support projects
  • Load, unload, transport, and position office furniture, equipment, and related materials
  • Safely handle and move heavy items manually or with material handling equipment
  • Follow move schedules, customer instructions, and project expectations to ensure a successful experience
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas before, during, and after project completion
  • Support warehouse, storage, and on-site relocation activities as needed
  • Perform basic facility support tasks, including trash removal and general cleanup
  • Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
  • Follow all company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
  • Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the day
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 80 lbs regularly
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to assist with a variety of moving and workplace support responsibilities
  • Previous experience in moving, warehousing, logistics, installation, or related hands-on work is helpful, but not required
  • Valid driver's license required
